Tall Ship Restoration #2
This ship was a sentimental piece and family heirloom for the owner. The before pic was taken once we stripped the old sails off and did a basic cleaning as old ships can carry old dust which makes people sick. You can see the poor condition of the masts and rigging. Replacement sails were a chance-find in another identical ship found wrecked on ebay. The ship was stripped down to the hull, cleaned, repainted, and re-rigged. An oak and plate glass showcase then insured that no future restorations will be needed.
