SHIPPING METHODS
Items normally ship anywhere from same day to 10 days from order placement (unless specifically noted Ex: pre-orders). If you need your order quicker please call us to discuss expedited shipping choices. All orders and pre-orders are charged at the time you place your order which holds your place in line for the backorder.
When you will checkout you may be given the choice between UPS or USPS Priority Mail shipping methods depending on the weight and destination of your order.
These shipping methods guarantee a tracking method on your package.
Some small orders will be given the option of First Class Mail which we can not guarantee safe delivery of.
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS
Rocket engines ship USPS Parcel Post only.
Paints, Glues, and other liquids ship UPS only.
Airsoft & Paintball guns ship UPS Ground ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
We will amend your order's shipping method if you have one of these items on your order.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders ship from New Jersey. Most orders ship within 2 days. Please allow up to 10 days.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Our website does not keep a live inventory. Some items may be a few days away at a warehouse. When you place an order for In-Store Pickup we will call you as soon as your order is ready to pickup.
Credit card customers please be prepared to show the purchasing credit card and your ID when you pickup your order.
No further coupons or discounts can be applied when you pickup your order.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping options are given when you checkout. Remember, this reflects the shipping time, not order processing time. While most orders ship within 2 days, some can take up to 10 days. If you are pressed to get your order by a certain date please put a note in the "comments" section upon checkout or call us. Remember, we're open 7 days a week!
UPS SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE ORDER PROCESSING TIME.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Hobbymasters Inc. ships to select countries via USPS Priority Mail. If you are not given a shipping method option then we do not ship to your country. We do fill out custom tags to the exact order amount. NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We ALSO have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers. Please visit their site to learn more about the international shipping process. Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at Hobbymasters as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders. This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.
You will be given the option to checkout with Bongo when you checkout.
