3. We will ship you a rental unit via UPS, along with instructions and a UPS return shipping label. It will ship within 24 hours.

4. You have 7 days from date of receiving to have the unit picked up by UPS. You must call them for pickup arrangements. We're paying the shipping.

5. On return to us in working condition we will credit your $200 Deposit back to you.

6. CREDIT CARD BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH.
