Items normally ship anywhere from same day to 10 days from order placement (unless specifically noted Ex: pre-orders). If you need your order quicker please call us to discuss expedited shipping choices. All orders and pre-orders are charged at the time you place your order which holds your place in line for the backorder.
Refunds will only be given:Merchandise purchased between
NOVEMBER 10th & DECEMBER 23rd
will be treated as if purchased on DECEMBER 24th for the purpose of returns.
All other normal return policies
remain in effect.
a) within 7 days after you receive your order
b) on new, unopened items, AND
c) you MUST obtain prior authorization before returning any items.
Telescopes, Metal Detectors, and Binoculars are issued store credit only.
30 day time limit on exchanges. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns must be received back to us within 30 days of be giving a phone authorization.
Special Order Items may be accepted for return at Hobbymasters' discretion only, and may only be returned for store credit.
Not responsible for repairs or Special Orders left over 90 days.
No return on fuels, paints, electrical parts, chargers, batteries, consignment & closeout items.
Coupons cannot be used in combination with other offers.
Customer responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
NO RETURN ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
In-Store returns must have cash register receipt (or are subject to the last sale price) and all of the above policies apply.
Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping options are given when you checkout. Remember, this reflects the shipping time, not order processing time. While most orders process within 48 hours, some can take up to 10 days. If you are pressed to get your order by a certain date please be sure to call us. Remember, we're open 7 days a week!
International Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. They will have a custom tag with the exact amount. You are responsible for any tariffs your country may apply. We DO NOT GUARANTEE SAFE DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE U.S. Orders can be held up in your country's custom department for undetermined amounts of time. We are not responsible for this and do not refund lost international orders. Because of the added expense of shipping overseas we are not responsible for shipping costs to replace items received damaged or missing from an order.
International Orders must have the SAME BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. We reserve the right to decline any order we deem as suspicious to Homeland Security or as a payment security issue.
