FEATURES: Simple and safe...no soldering or tools required!
The 25 page, detailed guide provides 20 sensory experiments! Each
exposing you to a different principle of electronics. Experiment
with light, sound, magnetism, and touch.
Otto is the Sensor Robot, which is also your lab...a spring coil
breadboard with factory-installed electronic parts. It's panel
is divided into colored sections to help you follow along.
The complete integrated circuit is similar to those found in
computers and robotic equipment, and is the heart of Otto's senses:
- The LED eyes flash and brighten when they sense something
- The piezo buzzer is the voice of the robot
- The flow of electricity can be regulated and turned on/off
- The reed switch detects magnetism
- The microphone senses sound
- Moisture is detected with the touch switch
By altering the sensor robot's wiring you'll gain an understanding
of voltage, current flow and other electronic properties as you
create photometers, flashlight guns, visitor alarms, rain
detectors, speech conductors, and more.
Plastic coated wires in 4 different colors and lengths.
