This is the Model 350 Medium Head Airbrush from Badger.

FEATURES: The 350 is an external mix airbrush-air and paint mix outside the
airbrush, creating a larger, coarser "dot" pattern and providing
a heavier spray volume.
Single action, external mix, bottom feed.
Superb for base coating, stenciling, stipling and touch up projects.
Excellent choice for beginning students, hobbyists, ceramists and
automotive painters.
Sprays high viscosity materials such as ceramic glazes and stains,
and hobby enamels with ease.
Includes 3/4 oz. (22ml) jar and 2 oz. (60ml) jar with cover.
One-piece jar adaptor taper-fits for quick color changes.
Constructed of high-impact nylon.
