This is an Axle Tuning Kit for Pinewood Derby Cars

FEATURES: Includes sandpaper and red jewelers rouge.
Use the sandpaper to gently sand off any slight burrs or imperfec-
tions that might be on the axles.
Use a cloth and the red jewelers rouge to polish the axles to a
mirror finish.
