Designed in the style of "Carpenter Gothic," this miniature version has 2 bay windows, 2 balconies, and long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof.
4 large rooms, a spacious "L" shaped attic, and a little closet under the staircase.
The pre-cut plywood with tab and slot assembly, which means no nails or screws are required.Silkscreen printed windows.
Shingles and clapboard siding. Made in the USA. Instructions are clear and well illustrated with schematic diagrams.

REQUIRES: Assembly, Hot Melt Glue Gun & Glue Sticks, or Wood Glue, Paint.
