We are open 7 days a week!
Mon -Thurs - 10am-6pm

How do returns work ?
We take an interest in your purchasing decision making our best effort to avoid you purchasing something
that is not right for you. However, if you do make a purchase that you would like to return, please read the guidelines below:

In-Store:
Returns can be made for in-store purchases on new and unopened items within 14 days of purchase, with  receipt.

Online:
New and unopened items purchased online can be returned to the store within 7 days of receiving your package, provided you have received prior authorization. Receiving prior authorization is simple! Just call, email, or online chat 7 days a week during business hours to let us know you would like to return your package! Here are the steps you would need to take:

1) Request return authorization via phone, email, or online chat within 14 days after you receive your order


2) Ship the authorized new, unopened item(s) to the return address


3) Your PayPal account, credit, or debit card will be refunded immediately upon receipt of your new and unopened return.



Additional Information for Online Returns


As noted on the product pages for the following items; Telescopes, Metal Detectors, and Binoculars are not refundable and issued store credit only. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Merchandise purchased between NOVEMBER 10th & DECEMBER 23rd will be treated as if purchased on DECEMBER 24th for the purpose of returns. All other normal return policies remain in effect.Special Order Items may be accepted for return at Hobbymasters' discretion only, and may only be returned for store credit. Not responsible for repairs or Special Orders left over 90 days.No return on fuels, paints, electrical parts, chargers, batteries, consignment & closeout items. Coupons cannot be used in combination with other offers.Customer responsible for shipping charges on returned items. NO RETURN ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

What do you offer for schools and students?
We offer educational discounts for schools. For students, we offer grade reimbursement for A's, B's, and C's. We also offer sponsorship / discounts for hobby clubs and groups, such as RC teams, RPG clubs, Kite Flying Clubs, Chess Clubs, Slot Car teams, and more!

HM, INC. is a registered and or approved retailer for Lionel and Power Wheels Parts. This means we have been
recognized for our knowledge and expertise in the use, repairs, and/or restoration of their products.

Is parking available?
The Red Bank Municipal Lot is located directly across from our building. This lot has hundreds of spots, and you can trust us when we say, there is plenty of parking for everyone! In addition to the Municipal Lot, there is street parking available.
